    The FFA Organizes a Workshop on “Enterprise Valuation Analysis Using Fundamental Methods – CFA and FinTech/AI Tools Applications in Financial and Stoc

    On the morning of October 11, 2025, at Room A301 - Campus 1, Lac Hong University, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting successfully held a Workshop on “Enterprise Valuation Analysis Using Fundamental Methods - CFA and FinTech/AI Tools Applications in Financial and Stock Markets.”

    The event was part of the Faculty’s academic activities for the 2025-2026 school year, aiming to help Finance and Banking students, as well as those interested in the fields of finance, investment, and securities, enhance their practical knowledge of enterprise valuation and the application of modern financial technologies.

    The workshop was honored to welcome two guest speakers from Yuanta Securities Vietnam:

    Mr. Nguyen The Minh - Director of Individual Client Research Department.

    Mr. Truong Quang Binh - Deputy Director of Institutional Client Research Department.

    During the session, the speakers presented the CFA-standard approaches to enterprise valuation, while introducing FinTech and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools widely applied in stock market analysis, trend forecasting, and portfolio management.

    Students had the opportunity to engage with practical case studies, practice data analysis, and participate in interactive Q&A sessions with the experts, thereby improving their financial reasoning, analytical skills, and technological applications in investment decision-making.

    In his remarks, Mr. Bui Van Thuy, Head of the Finance and Banking Department, emphasized: “This workshop not only helps students gain a deeper understanding of enterprise valuation, but also enables them to keep pace with the digital transformation and the growing integration of artificial intelligence in finance - an inevitable trend in the global market.”

    The workshop took place in a dynamic and engaging academic atmosphere, fostering active interaction among students, lecturers, and industry professionals. The event contributed to strengthening the collaboration between academia and industry, reaffirming the Faculty of Finance and Accounting’s commitment to practice-oriented education, professional competence development, and technological thinking enhancement for its students.
