With the aim of providing Finance and Banking students with access to international knowledge and enhancing their economic analytical thinking in the context of a rapidly changing global environment, on the afternoon of May 26, 2026, at Hall A301 – Campus 1, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Lac Hong University, successfully organized the ASU Master Class entitled “Decoding Inflation’s Past, Present and Future.”
The program was conducted within the framework of international academic collaboration among Arizona State University (ASU), Cintana Education, and Lac Hong University, attracting the participation of a large number of students majoring in Finance and Banking, along with students from Accounting, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management. This was one of the Faculty’s outstanding international academic activities aimed at helping students update modern financial and economic knowledge, broaden their global perspectives, and enhance adaptability in the digital era.
With a highly relevant topic that has profound impacts on the global economy, the program provided Finance and Banking students with new perspectives on inflation — from its historical origins and current developments to future trends and implications. Through practical analyses and international economic case studies, students gained access to important knowledge related to monetary policy, market fluctuations, the role of central banks, consumer behavior, and the impacts of inflation on businesses as well as socio-economic life.
The classroom atmosphere was highly interactive, featuring lively discussions, academic debates, and active student participation. Students enthusiastically raised questions regarding global economic trends, price fluctuations, inflation control policies, and the impacts of inflation on financial and banking activities as well as future labor markets. Through these activities, learners were not only exposed to international-standard knowledge but also developed analytical thinking, multidimensional perspectives, and the ability to stay updated with modern economic trends.
Through the Master Class, Finance and Banking students at Lac Hong University continued to experience an international-oriented learning environment directly at the university, thereby enhancing their global integration capabilities, global mindset, and confidence in adapting to the rapid changes of the world economy. The program also provided students with opportunities to better understand the connection between academic knowledge and real-world economic issues occurring on a global scale.
The continuous organization of ASU Master Class programs clearly demonstrates Lac Hong University’s educational orientation toward integrating international knowledge with practical application. In addition to emphasizing academic excellence, the University consistently creates opportunities for students to access new technologies, update global knowledge, and comprehensively develop academic skills, critical thinking, and professional competencies in the digital era.
With its modern, dynamic, and internationally oriented learning environment, the Finance and Banking program under the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at Lac Hong University is increasingly becoming an attractive choice for young people seeking comprehensive development, international integration, and readiness to adapt to today’s global labor market.
