Congress of Delegates of the Youth Union of the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics, Term 2021–2022.

At 08:00 on 19 March 2022, at Room D105, Campus 2 of Lac Hong University, the Congress of Delegates of the Youth Union of FAIE for the 2021–2022 term was solemnly convened. Attending the Congress were:

• Representing the Party Committee: Comrade Nguyen Van Tan – Secretary of Party Cell 7;

• Representing the University Youth Union: Comrade Le Son Quang – Secretary of the University Youth Union;

• Representing FAIE:

• PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of FAIE;

• MB Nguyen Thi Khanh Van – Student Advisor of FAIE;

• Vo Thai Sinh – Corporate Relations Officer and Youth Union – Student Association Coordinator of FAIE;

• Representing the Dong Nai Provincial Student Association:

• Comrade Tran Thanh Tung – Office Staff Member of the Provincial Student Association;

• Comrade Tran Thi Viet Trinh – Office Staff Member of the Provincial Student Association;

Along with all comrades from the affiliated Youth Union branches attending the Congress.

In reviewing and evaluating the past term, members of the Executive Committee for the 2020–2021 term successfully fulfilled their tasks in implementing, disseminating, and carrying out movements initiated by the University, as well as activities proactively organized by the Faculty Youth Union to enhance solidarity, physical well-being, and knowledge. On this occasion, Comrade Le Son Quang – Secretary of the University Youth Union – awarded certificates of merit and commemorative medals to members of the Executive Committee in recognition of their achievements and contributions to FAIE during the past term.

Speaking at the Congress, PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of FAIE – acknowledged and commended the achievements attained by the Executive Committee during the past term, while also pointing out existing limitations and providing direction for Youth Union activities and youth movements in the upcoming term. In particular, he emphasized the importance of students protecting themselves and staying away from individuals with malicious intentions, such as those involved in multi-level marketing schemes.

With a spirit of focus, democracy, and responsibility, the Congress elected seven comrades to the Executive Committee of the Faculty Youth Union of FAIE for the 2021–2022 term and elected:

• Comrade Vo Thai Sinh as Secretary of the Faculty Youth Union;

• Comrade Nguyen Sy Duc as Deputy Secretary of the Faculty Youth Union;

• Members:

• Comrade Luong Thi Thanh Lan;

• Comrade Bui Sy Tan Loc;

• Comrade Hoang Duc Duong;

• Comrade Tran Thi Phuong;

• Comrade Le Thi Quynh Trang.

In his speech at the Congress, Comrade Vo Thai Sinh, Secretary of the Faculty Youth Union of FAIE, pledged together with members of the Executive Committee to promote unity and solidarity, overcome all difficulties, fulfill all assigned tasks successfully, and further strengthen Youth Union activities and youth movements of the Faculty.
