On the morning of 22 November 2024, Business Administration students of the 2024 cohort from The Faculty of Administration International Economics, Lac Hong University, participated in a field visit and practical learning session at Bisawe Manufacturing – Trading – Service Company Limited (Single-Member LLC). This activity was part of a series of experiential learning programs for students, helping them broaden their perspectives and gain valuable experience through the harmonious integration of theory and practice.
During the visit, students were directly welcomed and guided by Bisawe’s leadership team and experts. They had the opportunity to tour the entire production line, from raw materials to finished products, while gaining a clearer understanding of the enterprise’s operational processes. Representing the company, Mr. Le Thanh Y – Deputy Director – also shared valuable insights on business strategy, human resource management, and product quality management, which are core aspects of production and commercial activities.
Beyond learning about operational processes, students participated in a discussion session and directly raised questions to the company’s experts. Their inquiries regarding management skills, brand development, and strategies for overcoming challenges in the manufacturing sector were addressed openly and thoroughly. This was a valuable opportunity for students to learn from practical experience and apply such knowledge to their studies and future career orientation.
Tran Minh Tien, a student of class 24QT111 majoring in Business Administration, shared: “Visiting and learning at Bisawe has helped me better understand the field I am pursuing. It was my first time witnessing firsthand the working processes of a large enterprise, from which I gained many meaningful lessons.”
Through this visit, students not only acquired practical knowledge but also developed essential skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. This activity reaffirmed the training philosophy of integrating theory with practice of The Faculty of Administration International Economics, Lac Hong University, while also helping students more clearly shape their future career pathways.
With the goal of educating well-rounded students who are ready for the labor market, The Faculty of Administration International Economics will continue to organize similar practical programs in the coming time.
