    [FAIE: Marketing] Marketing 360 – Applying AI in Marketing Plan Development

    At 07:30 on 12 November 2024, the Marketing Club of The Faculty of Administration International Economics successfully organized the thematic seminar entitled “Marketing 360 – Applying AI in Marketing Plan Development.” The event took place at Hall A301, Campus 1 – Lac Hong University, with the participation of distinguished guests:

    From The Faculty of Administration International Economics, it was an honor to welcome:

    • MB Ta Thi Thanh Huong – Vice Dean of The Faculty of Administration International Economics.

    • MB Luu Ngoc Liem – Head of the Marketing Division.

    From the guest speakers, it was an honor to welcome:

    • Mr. Le Van Nam – CEO of Happy Success, Founder of Olabama – an AI Marketing Platform.

    The event was also attended by program coordinators, lecturers, and first-year and second-year Marketing students.

    The Marketing market is constantly evolving, and to succeed, it is essential to continuously update the latest knowledge. This thematic seminar provided an excellent opportunity for students to explore how to apply AI in building and implementing Marketing campaigns in a smarter and more effective manner.

    Marketing 360 is a comprehensive approach, and when combined with artificial intelligence (AI), it can bring outstanding benefits in planning and executing Marketing strategies. The application of AI in Marketing 360 offers significant potential, particularly in optimizing strategies and enhancing customer experience. Through Mr. Le Van Nam’s presentation, students gained a clearer understanding of AI and how to apply it in practical contexts.

    The Q&A session truly became the highlight of the seminar. Students actively raised diverse and in-depth questions, ranging from basic concepts of AI to more advanced inquiries regarding the application of AI in specific Marketing campaigns.

    Students interacted and posed questions to the speaker.

    The atmosphere became increasingly dynamic as the speaker addressed students’ questions. His professional and enthusiastic responses helped students better understand the role of AI in Marketing and become more confident in applying their knowledge in practice.

    Lecturers presented gifts and a letter of appreciation to the speaker.

    In the digital era, AI is increasingly becoming an indispensable tool in Marketing. The thematic seminar “Marketing 360 – Applying AI in Marketing Plan Development” equipped students with essential knowledge and skills to face new challenges in the Marketing field. The Marketing Club hopes that this knowledge will help students become more confident in building their future careers.
