Closing Ceremony and Award Presentation of the 2021–2022 Academic Year Sports Festival.

At 7:00 p.m. on 23 April 2022, the Closing Ceremony of the Sports Festival of the Faculty of Business Administration – International Economics took place in a solemn and vibrant atmosphere.

Along with lecturers and staff members of the Faculty who also attended the program.

From the University Youth Union:

From the University Student Association:

• Comrade Tran Tien – President of the University Student Association;

• Comrade Truong Le Bao Trinh – Vice President of the University Student Association.

From the University Labor Union:

• MB Dang Dai Hung – Vice President of the University Labor Union.

From the Center of Student Admissions and Public Relations:

• PhD Nguyen Van Trung – Director of the Center;

• MB Nguyen Hai Quan – Head of the Division of Enterprise Relations and Student Support.

Also in attendance were Secretaries and Executive Committee members of various faculties, along with all students of FAIE.

At the closing ceremony, PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Head of FAIE – delivered remarks: “With enthusiasm, dedication, honesty, and a spirit of solidarity and fair play, in competition we all know there are winners and losers; however, overall, I affirm that we are all winners—winners in passion, winners in determination, winners in solidarity and friendship.”

The men’s and women’s football tournament of the FAIE Sports Festival for the 2021–2022 academic year concluded after seven days of competition. This year’s tournament attracted 11 teams, divided into two groups, A and B, and was held from 16 April 2022 to 23 April 2022.

During the Closing Ceremony of FAIE, the Organizing Committee awarded certificates of merit, medals, and commemorative gifts to outstanding men’s football teams with four prizes: First, Second, Third, and Fourth; and to outstanding women’s football teams with two prizes: First and Second. In addition, the Organizing Committee also presented awards and gifts to individuals with excellent achievements during the Sports Festival, including Best Goalkeeper, Best Player, and Style Award for the most supported and favored photo.

The tournament was organized to meet the needs and aspirations of students from four different majors. The Organizing Committee created an environment for training, improving physical fitness, and especially strengthening bonds and solidarity among classes. With the support and assistance from the Faculty leadership, the University Youth Union, and the University Student Association, the FAIE Sports Festival was conducted smoothly and successfully. It is believed that in the future, many more meaningful playgrounds and activities organized by the Youth Union – Student Association of the Faculty of Business Administration – International Economics will satisfy students, help them forget difficulties and academic pressures, and further strengthen their trust and affection for the Faculty and the University as a place offering comprehensive academic programs and student activities.

The FAIE Sports Festival concluded with remarkable impressions of sporting spirit, enhanced strength, solidarity, and enthusiasm of the players and teams.

This tournament will continue to be maintained and organized even more successfully in future seasons.
