[FAIE: Law] Studying Law – Not Just Theory!

Studying Law: Opening the Door to the World of Justice and Responsibility

The Law program always plays a pivotal role in all areas of social life. Studying Law is not merely about approaching the system of legal documents; it is also a journey of developing critical thinking, reasoning ability, and professional ethics. Particularly in the context of modern society, Law students need to be equipped early with practical professional capabilities – an urgent requirement of the labor market.

Legal Support Center – Bridging Theory and Practice

With the vision of “Learning to Work – Learning to Serve Society,” Lac Hong University has established the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Legal Support Center (Room P.D301 – Campus 2) – a distinctive model that enables Law students to directly engage with legal practice from their early university years.

This is the result of cooperation between the University and the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association, creating a professional and humane environment for practice, research, and legal consultation.

Law Students: Academic Thinking – Practical Action

At the Center, Law students not only study but also practice their profession. Under the guidance of lecturers and lawyers, students will:

    • Provide legal consultation to individuals, organizations, and enterprises

    • Draft contracts, petitions, and legal documents

    • Analyze real-life cases in accordance with procedural processes

    • Participate in legal research and develop legal response solutions

Through these activities, students have the opportunity to develop skills, engage with real practice, and gain deeper insight into the nature of the profession they pursue.

The “3-in-1” Training Model: Learning – Practice – Community Service

A highlight of the Center is its “3-in-1” model:

    • Studying theory in the classroom

    • Practicing directly at the Legal Support Center

    • Serving the business community and citizens

The legal workspace in Room D301 is not only a consultation office but also a modern training room fully equipped with facilities, legal databases, and multi-channel interaction platforms: in-person consultation, social media, electronic forms, QR Codes, and more.
