Expected to be completed in September 2025, the Moot Courtroom will become a “stage” where Law and Economic Law students directly assume the roles of judges, lawyers, prosecutors, or litigating parties. This is not merely a classroom, but an environment where you can confidently present arguments, debate, and develop essential professional skills right from your time at university.

Integrating Theory with In-Depth Practice

The LHU Moot Courtroom will host in-depth practical sessions, enabling students to master complex legal situations. Courses such as:

• Civil Procedure Law and Civil Judgment Enforcement

• Criminal Procedure Law

• Commercial Arbitration Law

• Administrative Procedure Law

• Law on Judicial Support Activities

  

Will no longer remain confined to theory. Instead, you will experience mock trials, commercial mediation sessions, contract handling, and economic dispute resolution in a vivid and practical manner.
