Conference on the Review of Youth Union and Youth Movement Activities, Student Association Work and Student Movement for the Academic Year 2021–2022.

On the morning of 25 August 2022, the Conference on the Review of Youth Union and Youth Movement Activities, Student Association Work and Student Movement for the Academic Year 2021–2022, and the implementation of the program for the Academic Year 2022–2023 was held at Sen Vang Restaurant, with the participation of 11 universities and colleges located in Dong Nai Province.

At the beginning of the conference, three presentations on creative models and activities implemented during the Academic Year 2021–2022 were shared: the presentation on “Solutions to Improve the Quality of Learning and Scientific Research Among Students to Meet the ‘Good Study’ Criteria of the ‘Five Good Students’ Movement” by the Student Association of Dong Nai University; the presentation “Organizing Free English Classes for Children” by the Youth Union of Eastern Technology University; and the presentation “Organizing Training Courses on Skills and Professional Competencies for Youth Union Officials, Union Members, and High School Youth in 2022” by the Long Thanh District Youth Union.

After a challenging term affected by the pandemic, which made Youth Union and Student Association work more difficult, these challenges did not hinder universities in general and Lac Hong University in particular. FAIE made significant efforts in directing and participating in activities, implementing programs, and successfully fulfilling tasks assigned by higher authorities.

Specifically:

The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of FAIE was commended by the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union for outstanding achievements in Youth Union work and the school youth movement in Dong Nai Province for the Academic Year 2021–2022.

Mr. Vo Thai Sinh – Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of FAIE, Lac Hong University – achieved outstanding performance in Youth Union work and the school youth movement in Dong Nai Province for the Academic Year 2021–2022.

Mr. Nguyen Sy Duc – Head of the Faculty-level Student Association of FAIE, Lac Hong University – achieved outstanding performance in Student Association work and the student movement in Dong Nai Province for the Academic Year 2021–2022.

In the Academic Year 2022–2023, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Faculty-level Student Association of FAIE, Lac Hong University, will strive to further enhance Youth Union and Student Association work, successfully complete tasks assigned by higher authorities, and promote the strength of youth and students in activities and movements.

In concluding the conference, Mr. Vo Van Trung – Member of the Executive Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, and President of the Dong Nai Provincial Student Association – acknowledged and commended the achievements in Youth Union and Student Association work and youth and student movements; frankly pointed out remaining limitations in Youth Union and Student Association work for the Academic Year 2021–2022; and outlined directions and key tasks for the new Academic Year 2022–2023.

A new academic year has begun with many hopes and renewed vitality. It is hoped that with the enthusiasm, intellect, courage, and unity of Youth Union and Student Association officials in the education sector of Dong Nai Province, all assigned tasks and objectives for the Academic Year 2022–2023 will be successfully accomplished.
