
At 19:00 on 23 March 2024, the Closing Ceremony of the Sports Festival of The Faculty of Administration International Economics was held in a solemn and vibrant atmosphere.

Also attending the ceremony were Secretaries and Executive Committee members of various faculties, together with all students of FAIE.

At the closing ceremony, PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of FAIE, delivered remarks: “With enthusiasm, dedication, honesty, and the spirit of unity and fair play, in competition there are winners and losers; however, overall, I affirm that we are all winners—winners in passion, winners in determination, winners in solidarity and friendship.”

The men’s and women’s football tournament of the FAIE Sports Festival for the 2021–2022 academic year concluded after six days of competition. This year’s tournament attracted 11 teams, divided into Groups A and B, and took place from 17 March 2023 to 23 March 2023.

During the Closing Ceremony, the Organizing Committee presented certificates of merit, medals, and commemorative gifts to the outstanding men’s football teams with four prizes: First, Second, Third, and Fourth; and to the two outstanding women’s football teams with First and Second prizes. In addition, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes and gifts to individuals with outstanding achievements during the Sports Festival, including: Best Goalkeeper, Best Player, and Style Award for the most supported and appreciated photo.

The tournament was organized to meet the needs and aspirations of students from four different majors. The Organizing Committee created an environment for physical training, enhancing fitness, and especially strengthening bonds and solidarity among classes. With the support and assistance from the Faculty leadership, the University Youth Union, and the University Student Association, the FAIE Sports Festival was conducted smoothly and successfully. It is believed that in the future, many meaningful playgrounds and activities organized by the Youth Union – Student Association of The Faculty of Administration International Economics will continue to satisfy students, help them relieve academic pressure, and strengthen their confidence in the Faculty and the University as institutions that offer comprehensive training programmes and student activities.
The FAIE Sports Festival concluded with strong impressions of athletic spirit, physical strength, solidarity, and enthusiasm demonstrated by the players and teams.
This tournament will continue to be maintained and organized even more successfully in future seasons.
