As a long-time crocodile farmer, she recognized that crocodiles raised in Dong Nai have the advantage of producing high-quality leather, free from alum contamination and skin diseases. Utilizing crocodile leather for product manufacturing would therefore result in beautiful products delivered to consumers. However, although many farmers in Dong Nai raise crocodiles, they have traditionally sold raw materials to China. From this reality, Ms. Nhung developed her entrepreneurial idea of producing finished goods from crocodile leather, not only creating employment for local people in Dong Nai but also leveraging local strengths and establishing a stable market outlet for the province.

With many years of experience in crocodile farming, when the pandemic broke out, she shifted from farming to manufacturing products in order to adapt to the new social context.
