The trend of career-oriented education aligned with labor market demands, through close collaboration between universities and enterprises, is considered a positive direction that brings benefits to both parties and society as a whole. Therefore, integrating experiential learning programs within enterprises into academic training helps students bridge the gap between theory and professional practice.
This paper focuses on analyzing the current situation and proposes several solutions and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of university–industry collaboration in training tourism students, based on the perspective of educational institutions in Dong Nai Province.
