LHU and Dieu Cai High School renew MoU to strengthen educational cooperation

On the morning of February 7, LHU and Dieu Cai High School officially signed the Phase 2 MoU (2025 - 2030) on educational cooperation during the STEM Day hosted at Dieu Cai High School in Dinh Quan District, Dong Nai Province. The event marked a new milestone in strengthening collaboration and enhancing linkages between general and higher education.

At the event, leaders of both institutions shared their cooperation orientations for the new phase, emphasizing career guidance, hands-on experiences, inspiring students’ passion for science and technology, and supporting them in shaping learning pathways aligned with their individual capacities and societal demands.

LHU awarding scholarships to Dieu Cai High School

Over the years, LHU has actively supported and guided students of Dieu Cai High School in implementing science and technology projects, particularly in the STEM field. With close mentorship from LHU lecturers, many student projects have achieved positive results in science and engineering competitions, contributing to the promotion of a research-oriented, creative, and practice-based learning spirit at the high school level.

Notably, the program was accompanied by MSc. Le Phu Dong, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Science and Food Technology at LHU and an alumnus of Dieu Cai High School. With his in-depth understanding of both high school and university learning environments, he actively connected and shared information about LHU as well as a wide range of experiential learning opportunities available to students.

On the occasion, LHU awarded encouragement scholarships worth VND 10 million to students of Dieu Cai High School, demonstrating the University’s practical commitment to supporting local general education.

In addition, LHU’s exhibition and experiential booths showcasing its training programs attracted strong interest from students. Here, students directly explored models, technology-based products, and practice-oriented learning methods, gaining a clearer understanding of a modern, dynamic university learning environment and future career trends.
